A Tangled Web We Weave
Subtlety and Drama. This dynamically textured workshop will focus on layering technique for both nuance and opulent effect. We will explore posture, strength and isolation. These key elements will firmly ground and prepare both body and mind as we blend and weave movements simultaneously through drills and combos. Prepare for the aerobic nature of this workshop and bring water. All levels are welcome however understanding of basic Belly Dance movement is recommended.
